Returns

How do I make a return?

We’re sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you’re more than welcome to return it!

Simply send the unused item back along with the completed return form, using the return shipping label included in your package. Please note that returns must be dropped off at your nearest service point — packages cannot be left in a mailbox.

Important: Each order must be returned separately using its own return label. If multiple orders are returned in the same package, a return fee will be applied to each order individually.

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund also includes any standard shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase. A return fee will be deducted from your refund based on the rates listed in the table below. Returns are typically processed within 10 days of receiving your package.

What's your return policy?

  • You have the right to return 30 days after receiving your goods.
  • The product must be unused and have all labels left.
  • You will be refunded in the same way you chose to pay.
  • The refund also includes any potential freight cost that you paid when you purchased the product as long as you used standard freight.
  • We will take a return fee according to the below table which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • You as a customer are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

I lost my return form or shipping label

No worries — we’re here to help! If you’ve misplaced your return form or shipping label, please contact our customer service team at hello@wearepomme.com, and we’ll provide a replacement.

Important:
Please don’t send your package without a return label, as we won’t be able to track it if any issues arise during transit.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the original item using the return form and shipping label included in your package, and then place a new order on our website.

Tip: If you place your new order within 3 days of returning the original item and don’t meet the free shipping threshold, contact our customer service — we’ll provide you with a code for free shipping on your new order.

How do I make a complaint?

We’re sorry if something isn’t right with your product. If you’ve received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service at hello@wearepomme.com — we’re here to help!

To speed up the process, please include clear photos of the issue when you reach out.

Order and delivery

I did not receive my order confirmation

Within an hour it should normally be in your inbox. Sometimes it ends up in the junk mail, so take a look there too! If you still can’t find it, contact us at hello@wearepomme.com.

 

Did you send my order?

You will receive a delivery confirmation for the e-mail you specified when you made the purchase as soon as the order is sent from our warehouse. If you have not received a delivery confirmation or cannot find it, you are of course welcome to contact us at hello@wearepomme.com.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you sell through physical stores?

No, we only sell on our own website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer shipping to all countries in the EU and the United States. For the rest of the world, we ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package via the tracking link sent to you when the package is on the way.

How is my package delivered?

It depends on your country of residence. Small packages are normally delivered directly to your mailbox by the national mail service while larger packages are delivered by DHL or UPS depending on country. Take a look at the tracking link in your order confirmation to see how your package will be delivered.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery location and the shipping method you choose. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before you complete your purchase.

Payments

What payment methods do you offer?

Depending on your country, we offer payment options including Stripe, Apple Pay, iDeal, Revolut, and Google Pay. At checkout, you’ll see the methods available to you.

My package was returned to you before I could pick it up

Contact us at hello@wearepomme.com and we will send it to you. For packages that have not been collected in time and which are therefore returned to us, a fee of 15 EUR will be charged on the original bill.

Products

How do I choose the right size?

In general, we strive for you to be able to have your normal size, but as all bodies are unique we recommend that you read our size guide and read reviews from previous customers to find the right size.

What size are the products available in?

Most products are available in x-small, small, medium och large.

How should I handle my products?

In general, we recommend that you wash them at 30 degrees and avoid tumble drying, but read the care instructions in the respective garments to be on the safe side. Always wash before first use.

Where are your products designed and manufactured?

Our products are designed by our fantastic in-house designers who have many years of riding experience. Manufacturing takes place at carefully selected factories in Europe and Asia.
